Safety and training are the basis of IPS’s success.
Before deployment, employees for North American
assignment are:
· Provided
extensive safety training,
· Tested
under the DISA drug-screening consortium,
· NCCER
certified in at least one craft (fitter classes)
Approximately
20% of our craft employees are degreed engineers.
All of our employees are fluent in non-idiomatic
English, but as part of our training program in Manila,
we provide an additional 40 hrs of training in
‘construction English” to ensure they can communicate
when they arrive in the US.
