International Plant Services (IPS), founded in 2003, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of a Philippine company, MBC Human Resources Development.   IPS provides engineering and skilled craft services to assist contractors’ execution of industrioal projects.

Related companies also provide Technical Assistance Services in Africa, the Middle East and Asia.  IPS also operates in conjunction with these filial companies to provide US-based construction professionals to clients around the world.
